Living My Purpose

Hello, I am Donna Kass and I want to begin by thanking you for taking the time to learn a bit about me and my work. Since I was a little girl, I always played school with my dolls and toys. I have been a life long learner and a teacher in many capacities.

Before turning to the wellness and holistic sector, I taught Montessori preschool, kindergarten and college English and Humanities classes. I wrote an original 90 page thesis to complete my Master’s degree in Literature and I still love reading, writing and learning every single day.

This is just one of the many reasons why I love astrology, because I will always have more to learn.

Years ago, when I had my first natal chart reading, I was blown away at how accurate, validated & empowered I felt from seeing myself through this archetypal & cyclical lens.

I was hooked and had to learn as much as I could since. I am passionate about astrology and love teaching it as a tool towards deeper self-awareness & living a more empowered life.

As a girl I loved to dance and sing, but was excluded early on from my elementary school chorus and I internalized that experience as one that told me I was not musical.

I carried that limiting belief with me up until I went to a sound bath a few years ago. I went to several more sound baths and I fell so in love with the transcendent experience, and how I felt during and after, that I had to learn how to play those magical, vibrational Tibetan bowls, and share it with others who could feel what I did.

After my certification, I chose my bowls - actually they chose me. My set of six Tibetan singing bowls are small - but so mighty. I call them my Wren Bowls because although they are small in size, their song is big and beautiful.

They are incredibly high frequency and beautifully harmonious together.

I feel incredibly honored and grateful to play these magical bowls and to share their energy.

When I attended coaching school & learned how to meditate, it changed my life in many amazing ways and so, as my purpose it to teach others how to feel empowered, I began teaching classes and workshops on meditation.

Since then my practice & offerings have grown and come together to support & empower all who are called to work and learn with me.

Every session or class that I offer is always rooted in empowering you to see your strength, abilities and gifts.

I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, in one-on-one sessions, small groups, large corporate groups, schools and sports teams. I holistically combine all of my training and experience, in every session, as each person and group is beautifully unique.

Besides being a teacher, I am a life-long artist and writer, I have self-published and painted the cover art for my own book of inspirational haiku, “Hold the Light, Haiku to Connect with Your Highest Self” that you can purchase here for daily inspiration & support.
